Return and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality STEM educational toys, including kids' microscopes, telescopes, and science kits, to inspire young minds. We want you and your little explorers to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The product is in its original packaging, with all original accessories included (such as objective lenses, eyepieces, specimen slides, carrying cases, and instruction manuals).
• You can provide a receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, certain categories of products are strictly exempt from being returned. These include:

• Opened consumable science kit materials (e.g., prepared or blank specimen slides, chemical powders, or disposable experiment tools).
• Digital educational resources, downloadable software, or guides.
• Gift cards.
• Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

3. Partial Refunds

Under specific circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (at our sole discretion):

• STEM toy sets or kits with obvious signs of use or wear and tear.
• Products returned with missing components, such as missing lenses, tripod parts, slides, or instruction manuals.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., optical lenses scratched or damaged due to accidental drops during play).
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined based on the condition of the returned optical instruments or toy sets.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received an approved refund, please follow these steps:

1. Verify your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.
3. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your funds, please contact our support team at hhxkj@outlook.com.

5. Sale and Clearance Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale, clearance, or heavily discounted holiday items cannot be refunded and are considered final sale.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made a fulfillment error. If you need to exchange a defective microscope, telescope, or any other item for the exact same product, please email us at hhxkj@outlook.com and mail your item to our facility.

7. Gifts

• If the educational toy was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (store credit) for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to the child later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser (the gift giver), and they will be notified of the return.

8. Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a pre-paid label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund total.
• Transit Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• Shipping Insurance: As microscopes and telescopes contain fragile optical components, if you are returning items over $75 in value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Ensure the items are securely bubble-wrapped. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
